What a great surprise we had waiting for us at the evero bar and casino. Sunday is their brisket day and we are real fans of brisket. And pretty picky ones too. In fact I haven't found really good brisket anywhere in Missoula with maybe one exception. Well these guys hit a home run. Not only that, unlike almost every other barbecue place the sides were wonderful too. The baked beans, A. We bypassed the coleslaw and chose potato salad instead. Right decision, it was also A. Corn on the cob and jalapeno toast were included as well. Top notch. But the brisket, the main thing, was more than excellent. Really. And quite a generous portion. In fact two of us split one plate and it was plenty. But the brisket was so good I think next time I'll force myself and get my own portion :-) Try this place you won't be sorry.
I heard good things... Was NOT disappointed on a Sunday for breakfast! Best chicken fried steak I can remember. Hash browns that look like a potatoe went though a cheese grater. Staff and regulars were really friendly. Even got a "train shot" when a train went by (jello shot).
Stopped in on a whim, could not tell you how amazing this establishment is. Our bartender, Emily, is hands down the best service I've ever had. She's beautiful, intelligent, kind, we probably have the same interests, etc. Also the brisket was good.

The friendliness of the staff & customers gave me a smile-riffic experience. The bar atmosphere, bar flair, customer parking availability, interactive customers, the smile-riffic menu items, & my tasty-riffic "chicken fried steak" all added to a favorable 1st time experience. Special FREE "train jello-shots" every time a train passed by added even more smiles to my visit. I smiled with laughter so much I had laughter tears in my eyes. Great food , great people, cool watering hole.. nice view of beautiful mountains and bartenders...
Absolutely amazing place. The outside might be misleading, but it is amazing. They let kids in and they have billiards, chess, checkers, Jenga, and a bunch of other fun stuff. Amazing food. Not too greasy like other burgers and amazing price. Great atmosphere. Nobody was upset or anything. Everyone was just talking around and having a great time.
Great bar. I'll be back later for the food. I'm from Portland just here working. It's a chill spot, great staff, and the owner is Hella chill. Check it out.
